Brochures for “Young fathers to be ”
Background: Ibu Robin from the “Bumi Sehat Foundation” has been working in the field of mother and child care on Bali for many years. Working hard on making giving birth and nursing children a better, healthier experience for the whole family; she put pen to paper and wrote a booklet especially for “the papas”. Now fathers can read and learn about taking care of their young families with a strong emphasize on the crucial need of mothers milk for babies, instead of (the now very popular but harmful) formula milk powder.
Current situation: RC Lovina collects the booklets from the Ubud based “Bumi Sehat Foundation” and delivers them to a small group of co-operating midwives in the Lovina area. The message of the “Bumi Sehat Foundation” can this way reach a much greater area!
Future situation: To have more midwives joining into the program.
