Thomas Aquinas is the new District Governor for District 3400 in 2009-2010. He surprised Bali Lovina Club with an informal visit accompanied by Eko who is an Assistant Governor. They were able to arrange a meeting at short notice on Friday July 24. This provided photo opportunies - click the photos for more detail.
