The August fund-raiser dinner was the third in the series that was raising funds for Window to the World school in Lovina.  Around 18 people attended and there was a plentiful buffet of Indonesian food.  It was great to have a photographer present (thanks Robbie) - and this became the first dinner since April to be reported on the web.  But the dinners have been continuing every second Saturday.  Starting in June, the format changed from being a theme night with one nationality in mind - to a targetted fund-raiser.  Our plan is to raise funds for local causes, and to have 3 consecutive dinners raising money for the same cause.  So June, July and August raised funds for Window to the World.  September, October and November will raise money for AIDS awareness.
