This blood bank was set up ten years ago with the help of cooperating Rotary Clubs from Bali. The students raised money for small food hampers for blood donating volunteers, and to provide rubbish bins for the campus. On Wednesday 28 April 2009, just after their weekly meeting, Rotarians from the Lovina Club, joined the students at their “beach volleyball” tournament and handed over a contribution that was allocated to purchase 8 rubbish bins and to pay energizing food hampers for bloodtranfusion volunteers. The donation was handed over by President Conchita to the head of committee I Gede Adi Kumarata. By providing the rubbish bins, the students hope the campus can be kept clean.

About two weeks later I Gede Adi Kumara and a fellow student gave a presentation during the club’s weekly meeting to show the result of their activities.
