Robbie presented a short film used to help seek funds for the Window to the World kindergarten.

After this Robbie spoke about the fundraiser for a building for ‘Window to the World’ that Rotary Club of Bali Lovina is working on with the huge support of Rotary Club Enkhuizen, The Netherlands. The building program is also being supported by RC Euskirchen in Germany. The project is an good example of the power and the strength of our Rotary Organization. Together we can move mountains. Together we hope we can raise the funds for a building for The ‘Window to the World school’ before the end of this year. The fundraiser took off in January last year, and since then Rob Beemster from RC Enkhuizen has been tirelessly working on raising funds and getting other charities on board for this project. Rob, deserves a round of applause from all of us. What great support! One of the biggest fundraising functions for the building project will be the Grand Prix of Enkhuizen which will take place on April 15.

This year will be the second time RC Enkuizen organizes the ‘Grand prix Enkhuizen.’ Last year the Grand Prix turned out to be a major raised a considerable amount of money. This year the event might become even more successful. The monies raised will support three projects, KIKA for children with cancer, KNAF talent first, and The Window to the World school in Bali, Indonesia.

During this special sportive car event there will be a wide range of actions and attractions like car races on the two kilometer long race track, slot racing tracks, an exotic car show including a range of ‘zero emission’ car examples and car race simulators. National car racing teams will be present and the audience can join the racers and take to the race track themselves. The whole day there will be entertainment with well known artists performing and activities for children.
